The coffee side of Honey Birds is straightforward and done properly: espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, cortado, macchiato, raf, and iced versions of most of them. Matcha too, including a strawberry shortcake iced matcha that has its own following.
The tea list is where we differ from most coffee shops. Sea Buckthorn Glow, Citrus-Ginger Bliss, Passion Fruit Delight, Berry Symphony and a blooming green tea, served properly in a pot rather than a paper cup with a bag in it.
And because it is a bakery first, whatever you order comes with a case of pastries and cakes made that morning about three feet away.

From Our Bakery
Why Honey Birds
Everything is made fresh daily in our Alpharetta kitchen with simple, quality ingredients — real butter, real cream, real fruit. Nothing is shipped in frozen and finished on site.
Our recipes come from an Eastern European baking tradition, which is why you will find honey cake and Bird's Milk alongside the macarons and cheesecake bars. It is a different sort of bakery case, and it is the reason most people come back.

Do you have somewhere to sit and work?
Yes, we have seating in the bakery. We are open Tuesday to Sunday 10am–7pm.
Can the space be booked privately?
It can. The room takes bookings by the hour with a three-hour minimum, or as a full buyout. Ask us for a quote.
