Do you deliver, or is everything pickup?
All orders are picked up at our bakery: 3719 Old Alabama Rd #200G, Alpharetta, GA 30022. You choose your pickup date and time at checkout. For large events, catering delivery can be arranged — just mention it in your event request.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
Custom cakes need at least 3 days notice. For weddings and large tiered cakes, 3–4 weeks is best. Submit a request on our Custom Cakes page and we’ll reply with a quote within 24–48 hours.
How do deposits work?
Once you approve your quote, we send a secure payment link for the deposit (typically 50%). Your date is confirmed once the deposit is paid. The balance is due at pickup.
Do you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
Tell us about any allergies in your order notes and we’ll advise what we can do. Please note our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
How do I track my order or request?

Can I host a private event or tea party at the bakery?
Yes! We host birthdays, showers, tea parties, workshops and corporate events for up to 50 guests, and we cater off-site for larger gatherings. Start on our Events page.
