Honey Birds is a small bakery on Old Alabama Road in Alpharetta. We bake in the morning, sell through the day, and start again the next morning. There is no central kitchen and nothing arrives frozen.
What is in the case reflects where the recipes came from. Layered honey cake, Bird's Milk soufflé, Napoleon and Smetannik sit next to macarons, cheesecake bars and the pastries you would expect. Alongside them we serve breakfast and lunch, proper coffee and a tea list worth reading.

Everything is made fresh daily in our Alpharetta kitchen with simple, quality ingredients — real butter, real cream, real fruit. Nothing is shipped in frozen and finished on site.
