Need help?
How does the event request process work?
Tell us where, what, how many and when, and submit the request. Our events team reviews it and contacts you to confirm the details and finalise the booking. Nothing is charged when you submit.
When will I hear back?
Within 24–48 hours. You will get email updates, and you can follow the request from your account at any time.
What event types do you host?
Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Corporate Event, Private Dining, Baking Workshop, Other Event. If yours is not on the list, choose the closest match and tell us more in the notes.
At the bakery vs off-site catering
At Honey Birds Bakery means hosting in our space — intimate gatherings, showers, birthdays and workshops, with the setup included. Off-site catering means we bring our treats to your venue, with a custom menu for any size of event.
How much notice do you need?
At least 3 days. Popular dates fill up, so the earlier the better.
