How does a custom cake request work?

You answer a few questions, we read them, and a baker prepares a quote for you. Nothing is charged when you submit — this is a request, not an order.

When will I receive my quote?

We aim to come back within one to two business days. The quote is itemised, and you can accept or decline it from your account or the link we email you.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is from 3719 Old Alabama Rd #200G, Alpharetta, GA 30022. We also deliver for events — choose Delivery and give us the address, and delivery is quoted with the cake.

Cake sizes

Sizes are given by tier and approximate servings, from a 6" round serving 8–12 up to five tiers serving around 225. If you are unsure, tell us the guest count and we will size it for you.

Flavours & fillings

Choose a cake flavour, a filling and a frosting. For tiered cakes you can give each tier its own flavour. Prefer we choose the frosting? Leave it on Baker’s recommendation and we will suggest one.

How much notice do you need?

At least 7 days for a custom cake. Larger and tiered cakes benefit from more.
