Fruit pastries are the ones people photograph before they eat them, which is a fair part of how they end up going viral in the first place. Ours are made in our own kitchen on Old Alabama Road, with real fruit and real cream rather than a glaze and a filling out of a tub.
What is in the case depends on the day and on what fruit is actually worth using that week. That is the honest answer — we would rather tell you the selection changes than promise you something specific and not have it when you arrive.
Mornings are the best time to come. The case is fullest just after we open, and the ones people have seen online tend to go first.

Everything is made fresh daily in our Alpharetta kitchen with simple, quality ingredients — real butter, real cream, real fruit. Nothing is shipped in frozen and finished on site.
That matters more with fruit than with almost anything else. Fruit that has been sitting, or that was frozen and thawed, gives itself away immediately in both the texture and the taste. It is the reason we work to what is good that week rather than to a fixed list.

Do you have fruit pastries every day?
Not always, and we would rather say so. What we make depends on what fruit is good that week. Call us on 470-550-1004 before making a special trip and we will tell you exactly what is in the case that day.
Can I order a quantity for an event?
Yes. Give us the date, the headcount and the time you need them and we will send an itemised quote. Because they are baked the same morning they are eaten, we need reasonable notice.

We are at 3719 Old Alabama Rd #200G, Alpharetta, GA 30022. Open Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 7pm, closed Monday.
