Pastries are the reason a bakery smells like a bakery. Ours come out of the oven before the doors open, which is also why the best selection is in the morning.
What is on the shelf changes with the day and the season. There are usually European pastries alongside the familiar ones, and there is always something to eat standing at the counter with a coffee.
If you need a quantity for a meeting or a gathering, we can bake to order — give us enough notice and they will be made that same morning rather than the day before.

Why Honey Birds
Everything is made fresh daily in our Alpharetta kitchen with simple, quality ingredients — real butter, real cream, real fruit. Nothing is shipped in frozen and finished on site.
Our recipes come from an Eastern European baking tradition, which is why you will find honey cake and Bird's Milk alongside the macarons and cheesecake bars. It is a different sort of bakery case, and it is the reason most people come back.
Common Questions
When is the pastry selection at its best?
They come out of the oven before we open at 10am, so the fullest case is in the morning. By late afternoon the selection is thinner, and on busy days the popular ones are gone well before closing.
Where do I find you?
3719 Old Alabama Rd #200G, Alpharetta, GA 30022, open Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 7pm and closed Monday. If you are coming from Roswell, Johns Creek or Milton it is a short drive.
Can I order pastries for a group?
Yes. Tell us the date, the headcount and the time you need them and we will send an itemised quote. Because they are baked the same morning they are eaten, we need reasonable notice.
